Cancellation Policy
• 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service.
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with applicable fees.
• Payment Policy: The cancellation/no-show fee must be paid before booking future appointments.
